摘要
本文研究了用阳离子交换纤维分离稀土元素。通过对三元轻稀土(Pr、Nd、Sm)和重稀土(Dy、Ho、Er)以及含有15个稀土元素的低钇稀土的分离,表明在C_(EDTA=0.030mol/L、C_(NH_4^+)=0.15mol/L、线性流速V=2.0~2.5cm/min、柱比=1:3,常温常压条件下,经一次分离,Pr、Nd、Sm、Ho、Er、Oy等的纯度可达99—99.9%,取得了令人满意的效果。
In this paper, we have studied on the separation of rare earths by positive ion exchange fiber. The ternary light rare earths (Pr,Nd,Sm),the ternary heavy rare earths (Dy,Ho,Er)and the rare earths of low yttrium including fifteen kinds of displacer C_(EDTA)=0.030 mol/L,C_(NH_4^+) =0.15 mol/L,Linear flow rate of displacer V=2.0~2.5cm/min, the column volume radio of adsorption and displacement 1:3, and at ordinary temperature and pressure. In a single separation procedure the parity of obtained products (Pr, Nd, Sm, Dy, Ho, Er) can be 99—99.9%. The result is highly satisfactory.
