摘要
目的 :查明本次群体性学生手足皮肤黄染的原因。方法 :应用流行病学疾病爆发调查方法进行调查。结果 :全镇 2 3所校 (园 )黄染发生率为 2 6 .5 5 % ,黄染学生胡萝卜素检出率为 84 .6 % ,血中检出高浓度的胡萝卜素 ,含量为 10~ 2 40 0 0μg/ L ,其全身情况良好 ,血液、尿液和肝功能检验结果正常 ,粪便、咽拭子未分离出病毒 ,常吃桔子者发生率显著高于偶吃者 ,不吃者不发病 ,未发现其它可疑因素。结论 :长时间大量摄食桔子是导致本次手足黄染的原因 。
Objective:To find out the cause of the students' skin of feet and hands being yellow.Methods:A epidemiolgic investigation method of disease break out was implied.Results:The whole body circumstances of suffering students were good.No unusual index was found in blood analysis test,urine analysis test and liver funtion test.No virus was found in the samples from feces and pharynxs.The high consistency of carotene was detected in the blood.The more tangerines the students eated,the higher frequency of the students' skin being yellow was.The students who did not take tangerine had not this symptom.No other risk factors were discovered.Conclutions:Taking large number of tangerines for long time is the cause leading to the students' skin of feet and hands being yellow,so we should eat tangerines moderately.
