新城疫病毒修饰的自体肿瘤疫苗对中晚期肿瘤患者的疗效观察

EFFECT OF THE USING OF ANTIBODY VACCINE OF NEWCASTLE DISEASE VIRUS FOR THE TREAMENT OF ADVANCED CANCER PATIENTS

目的 :探讨新城疫病毒修饰的自体肿瘤疫苗对中晚期肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用流式细胞技术观察患者在接受免疫治疗前后外周血中 CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD8+ 、CD4 + / CD8+ 比值变化以及 NK细胞活性变化。结果 :5 9例患者经该疗法治疗 1～ 2个周期治疗后 ,其 CD3+ 、CD4 + 、以及 CD4 + / CD8+ 以及 NK细胞数值均显著增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,同时 CD8+细胞数量降低 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :新城疫病毒修饰的自体肿瘤疫苗免疫疗法具有特异性、多效价、安全性等特点 ,它能持久启动机体免疫系统 。

Objective:To study the influence of the using of Newcastle Disease Virus for advanced cancer patients.Methods:Using flow cytometry peripheral blood CD3 +?CD4 +?CD8 +?CD4 +/ CD8 + and NK cell numbers were changed before and two weeks after NDV therapy.Results:Treated by NDV therapy,the patient's CD3 +?CD4 +?CD4 +/CD8 +and NK cell numbers were greatly higher than before (P<0.05),but CD8 +cells numbers decreased (P<0.05).Conclusions:NDV therapy can improve effectively patients cytoimmunity.
