L-肉碱对肥胖大鼠体重及体质成分组成的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的 :探讨 L-肉碱 (BT)对肥胖大鼠体重及体质成分变化等的影响。方法 :以高脂饲料诱导大鼠肥胖模型 ,然后将肥胖模型鼠随机分为照组与 12 5 m g/ kg BW、 2 5 0 mg/ kg BW、 5 0 0 mg/ kg BW L-肉碱组 ,每天 1次经口给予 ,共 6周。观察大鼠体重、睾丸 +肾脂肪垫重量的变化。结果 :12 5 mg/ kg BW、 2 5 0 mg/ kg BW与 5 0 0 m g/ kg BW组的动物体重 (BW)低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 Objective:To investigate the effect of oral L-carnitine(LC) supplement on body weight and composition of obese rats.Methods:Male wistar obese rats,induced by high energy food,were randomly divided into four groups and fed LC of 0,125,250,500(mg/kg body weight,mg/kgBW) respectively for six weeks.Body weight of obese rats,fat pad around kidney and testis were measured.Results:It showed that body weight of all LC supplementation groups decreased obviously compared with the control.Fat pad of 250 mg/kgBW and 500 mg/kgBW groups were lower than that of control group.The ratio of fat and body weight of 500 mg/kgBW group was lower than that of control group.Conclusion:It was concluded that LC,may increase consumption of energy,can decrease weight gain,change body composition of obese rats.
