摘要
通过对美国辛辛那提公司的H5 80 0型五轴联动卧式加工中心强力型主轴部件及摆动A轴结构的介绍及主要运动参数计算 ,说明了该机床是如何解决主传动及摆动A轴大扭矩问题的 ,同时讨论了作为加工中心的高速主轴部件的结构优化设计方法。
By the introduction of strength principal axis parts and swing A axis configuration of Cincinnati H5-800 five axes linkage horizontal machining center,and calculation of main movement parameters,this article explained how the machining center resolved main transmission and swing A axis high twisting moment problem. At the same time,it discussed the design of optimized configuration of machining center's high-speed principle axis.
