浅析钻孔灌注桩施工控制要点

A Brief on Controlling Main Point of Boring Concrete Pile Construction

钻孔灌注桩是桥梁施工中易出现各种事故的一种桩基形式 ,且灌注桩质量事故引发的后果又相当严重 ,所以 ,笔者根据施工实践 ,分析了导管进水、卡管、坍孔、钢筋笼上升、桩身夹泥断桩等几种常见的事故原因 ,并给出了相应的处理办法。

Boring concrete pile,which easy to appear accidents during the bridge construction is a kind of stake base forms. And the consequence caused by the accidents about the quality of concrete pile is quite serious. Therefore,according to construction,this paper summarizes some common reasons leading to accident such as pipe watered,pipe blocked,hole collapsed,reinforcing cage raised. And also the corresponding processing methods are given in this paper.
