Design and Development of Photoelectric Type Cloth Guiders

本文介绍了一种新型布导向装置———光电式吸边器 ,着重讨论其工作原理、各部分设计特点及主参数计算。该仪器采用光电控制原理 ,能对行进中的坯布 (皮革、薄膜 )的偏移量进行修正 ,并具有扩幅、去皱纹的功效 ,可广泛应用于纺织、印染、塑料等行业。

This paper introduces a new kind of cloth guiders that is photoelectric type cloth guiders,and particularly discusses its principle of work,design features and computation of its main technical data. Applying photoelectric controlled technology,the instrument can be used to remove the offset and furrow of the moving cloth (leather and film,etc.). It can widely be used in textile,printing and dyeing,plastic industries.
