浅论我国宏观经济政策的取向

On Direction of Macro-economic Policy

1998年以来 ,为使我国国民经济保持较快的增长速度 ,我国政府实施了稳健的货币政策和积极的财政政策 ,但在目前市场需求不足的环境下 ,国家经济政策取向有必要由促进经济增长向充分就业转变。

Since 1998,a prudent monetary policy and a proactive fiscal have been implemented in china a comparatively rapid growth in domestic economy,but the effects of the policies are not so satisfactory due to the inadequate market demand. Therefore,we should establish 'employment priority' as the target of macro-economy control,while implementing the prudent monetary policy and proactive fiscal policy.
