Some Humble Opinions on the Moral Construction of Modern Teachers

随着社会主义现代化建设全面、健康、和谐地可持续发展 ,教育的重要性越来越明显。一流的教育需要一流的教师 ,一流的教师需要一流的师德。高校特别是高职院校更应该加强现代教师道德构建的探索 ,尽快建立起现代教师道德建设的框架。本文主要从三个不同视角、三个不同层面和五个不同内涵要素方面探索了现代教师道德的构建。

With the rapid,healthy and harmonious sustained development of the socialist modernization,the importance of the education has become more and more obvious. The high education needs the high-class teaching staff with the top good morality. The higher schools,especially the higher vocational schools should put more emphasis on the moral construction of the modern teachers and build the moral construction frame as quickly as possible. The paper probed into the moral construction of the modern teachers from three different aspects,three different levels and five different connotation elements.
