摘要
为适应窄带企业的可持续发展,成功开发出热轧窄带钢仿真系统工业软件。该软件基本涵盖了当前窄带生产中所涉及的诸如轧制负荷、尺寸精度、组织性能等主要技术问题,其中对窄带钢轧制压力的计算首次考虑了奥氏体再结晶软化程度的影响,使轧机负荷的预报精度明显提高;对轧制力矩的计算考虑了变形区几何参数对力臂系数的影响,使电机负荷的预报与实际更为接近。实际应用表明,对带钢头尾厚度差的预报以及给出的辊缝预设值均与现场实测非常接近,这对控制带钢的通条尺寸、提高窄带产品精度具有重要意义;对带钢轧后组织性能的预报与实测基本相符,这对改善窄带产品的组织性能具有重要参考价值。
A software of expert system in hot strip rolling was exploited for the continuance development of narrow strip enterprise. The system basically covered key technologies such as rolling load, dimension precise, microstructure and property on narrow strip product today. The influence of austenite recrystallization was considered for calculating the rolling force for the first time, therefore, the predicting precise of rolling load was improved obviously. The influence of geometry parameter of deformed area on the arm coefficient was considered for calculating the rolling moment, so the prediction of motor load was closer to the actual values. The application showed that the calculating values of the thickness difference between the head and end of strip were basically agreed with measured data. This was significant if the results were used in controlling the whole strip dimension and improving the precise of strip product. The prediction of the microstructure and property after strip rolling was basically agreed with measured data, which would provide important reference for improving the microstructure and property of strip.
