摘要
轧辊不仅需要具备高强度和高耐磨性,还必须具有高的抗热疲劳强度和耐腐蚀性以及抗氧化性,是轧钢行业的主要消耗件之一。由此综述了各种轧辊的制备方法及其应用。并对目前的研究状况做了归纳与评述,展望了轧辊材料的发展方向。
Roll collar, needing not only high strength and wear resistance but also thermal fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance, was one of the components which were damaged easily in rolling process. The manufacture methods and the applications of various sorts of rolls were introduced, and the research status and development of the roll collars were also concerned.
