摘要
本文根据在“P_(60)货车车辆的动态响应分析与车轴动应力计算”一文中得到的TB450—83规定的货车D轴应力计算结果,建立了车轴轮座部位的计算应力谱模型,并用Miner线性疲劳累积损伤理论作了D轴疲劳寿命估算,算得其寿命按每年运行10~5km计,约为15年,即相当于运行里程为154×10~4km。文中根据轨道不平顺所得的计算结果,以车轴为例进行寿命预估的方法,为货车新型转向架设计时不可能预先得到实测谱的车轴等主要部件的寿命估算提供了一种有效的替代方法。
In this paper, according to results of P_(60) freight car dynamic response and D-axle stress to be calculated, the author supposed stress chart model of wheel seat and predicted fatigue life of D-axle with Miner linear fatigue damage theory. The results showed that the fatigue life of the axle is 1540 thousands kilometer.
It is a effective method for new design of truck that fatigue life of axle will be predicted on the basis of uneven track.
