摘要
在流体动力润滑理论的基础上 ,进行了浮动套滑动轴承的工作机理及结构参数与轴承性能关系的研究。首先根据浮动套轴承平衡条件建立其基本方程 ,分别利用无限长和无限短轴承理论进行了简化 ,得出了轴承承载能力与其转速比、间隙比、偏心率等参数之间的关系式。通过计算机上相应程序的开发 ,绘制出了浮动套滑动轴承的偏心率和承载能力随间隙比和半径比等参数变化的曲线图 。
Based on the theory of hydrodynamic lubrication, the numerical analysis of the floating ring journal bearings working mechanism was investigated theoretically. The relationships of its structure and performance parameters were described by equations. The equations were founded by the balance conditions of the floating ring journal bearings and simplified in the theory of infinitely short bearing. The equations which include the bearing's load capacity and the speed ratio nj/nr, the clearance ratio c1/c2, the radius ratio R1/R2 journal and floating-ring eccentricity (Ε1, Ε2) were educed out, and the graphs were draw out by the computer program.
