摘要
对附加阻尼方式的橡胶圈加稳单排及四排切向小孔供气径向轴承进行了对比性试验研究 ,旨在探讨橡胶圈加稳单排切向小孔供气径向轴承的可行性 ,以期将其应用在透平膨胀机等高速旋转机械的工业领域。在试验中 ,两种结构形式的气体轴承分别达到了 14 0 6 2 5× 10 4r/min (超速 32 2 % )和 14 2 0 89× 10 4r/min (超速 33 5 % )
In order to develop a new type of journal gas pressurized journal gas bearing through enhancing the damp of rotor-bearing system,the performances of rubber rings supported gas journal bearing with orifices of tangential supply were discussed.The rubber rings support journal gas bearing with single row orifices of tangential supply can operate stable at 14 06×10 4r/min in the comparative test,which is over-speed up to 32%.It can be confirmed that the application of this type of journal gas bearings to the high-speed turbo-machinery is feasible.
