摘要
73× 5 5 1mm新油管工作 4 6天发生螺纹脱扣。通过对失效油管的螺纹宏观形貌、微观形貌的分析和管材化学成分、常温力学性能、金相组织的检验 ,结果表明 ,由于液压钳上扣时过扭矩和高转速的作用 。
Through the analysis of the macroscopic and microcosmic appearance,chemical composition,mechanical properties at normal temperature and metallographic structure in the failure part of the screw thread,the results show that over torsion and higher rotation speed caused by hydraulic pressure pincers were the main reasons for the screw thread failure.
