气液两相段塞流压力降特性的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过自制环状电导探针对气液两相段塞流压力降特性进行了试验研究,对段塞流压力降曲线的特点和液塞中压力分布规律进行了分析。实验结果表明:当液塞到来时,压力降值开始增大,并逐渐增大到最大值;当液塞离开时,压力降值逐渐下降至最小值,但是压力值并不随着液塞的离开而下降;并研究了液塞长度对压力降分布的影响特点和液塞长度的估算方法:液塞长度不同,压力降曲线具有不同数的峰值,可以根据压力降曲线的峰值数近似估计管路中液塞长度。 The circle electronic conductance probes are designed and developed for studying on pressure drop characteristics of slug flow. This paper gives a detailed experimental study on pressure drop characteristics, pressure distribution of slug. The experimental results show: when the fluid slug come, the value of pressure drop increases to the biggest value, when the fluid slug leave, the value of pressure drop descends to the minimum value, but pressure value does not descend along with the fluid slug leave. It is also researched the effect of the length of fluid slug on pressure drop and the estimation method of the length of slug. The length of the fluid slug is different, the peak of the pressure drop curve have different number. According to the peak number of the pressure drop curve, the length of the fluid slug can be estimated.
