摘要 虚拟样机是一种数字产品模型,是一种新型的基于产品计算机仿真模型的数字化设计方法,是将目前的CAD、CAE等CAx技术结合在一起的一种集成技术,贯穿于产品生命周期的全过程。应用虚拟样机技术现已成功地完成了多台天平及其支撑系统的研制,其在风洞应变天平及其相关设备的研制中将发挥越来越重要的作用。 Virtual prototyping is a kind of digital model, and a new kind of digital design methods based on computer simulations, and an integrated technology associated with CAD, CAE and other computer aided technologies, which cover the whole process of the product life. The several wind-tunnel strain-gage balances and its supporting systems have been accomplished by means of the virtual prototyping technology. In the future, virtual prototyping will play a more important role in the development process of the balances and its correlation equipments.
