Effects of Air in Pipe on Water Pressure Tests

管道工程的落压试验是质量检查的一个重要手段。本文就目前工程上采用落压试验时,金属管道内空气对试压结果的影响进行了分析和实验,提出了试压管道内的允许存气量和相应的控制方法。

The pressure-drop test is one of the important means for the quality inspect of pipe engineering and for determining leakage amount. In this paper,the effects of air in metal pipe on the testing results are analyzed and explored when the pressure-drop tests are applied in the present engineering, in addition, the allowable air quantity for the pressure tests and the relevant controlling method are suggested.
