摘要
介绍了以固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-WO3为多相催化剂,通过环己酮和1,2-丙二醇反应合成了环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮,探讨了SO42-/TiO2-WO3对缩酮反应的催化活性,较系统地研究了酮醇量比,催化剂用量,反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响。实验表明:SO42-/TiO2-WO3是合成环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的良好催化剂,在n(环己酮):n(1,2-丙二醇)=1:1.5,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.25%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间1.5h的优化条件下,环己酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的收率可达88.5%.
Cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal is synthesized from cyclohexanone and 1,2-propanediol by using SO42-/TiO2-WO3 as catalyst. The results indicate that the catalyst possesses a fairly high catalytic activity for the katalation reaction. The effects of the catalyst content, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of the cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal have been investigated. The optimum conditions are: molar ratio of cyclohexanone to 1,2-propanediol is 1:1.5, the quantity of catalyst is equal to 1.25% of feed stocks, and the reaction time is 1.5 h. SO42-/TiO2-WO3 is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing cyclohexanone 1,2-propanediol ketal and its yield can reach over 88.5%.
