Distribution of Neonatal Birth Weight in Jiayuguan

本文报告了1988.1～1989.12住院分娩的不同胎龄单胎活产新生儿1361例出生体重的均值和百分位数。一般随着胎龄的增加;新生儿出生体重亦逐渐增加。但在第3、5、10百分位孕42周儿较孕41周儿有较大下降趋势。一般新生儿出生体重男性高于女性,经产高于初产。本地区早产儿与足月儿的出生体重分界值为2550克。本文结果可作为本地区新生儿按胎龄与出生体重进行分类的依据。

From Jan. 1988 to Dec. 1989, the mean as well as percentile values of birth weight of 1361 neonates with single fetus, live birth, various gestational age, and all delivered in hospital are reported. Generally,neonate birth weight was gradually increasing along with increase of gestational age. There was greater tendency of reduction at 42 weeks of gestation than 41 weeks neonats in 3rd,5th, 10th,97th percentile. Generally speaking, the neonatal birth weight, male newborn was more than female newborn muhiarity than primiparity. The demarcation of birth weight of preterm and full-term infants were 2550g in this district. The results of this paper may be as basis which was classified in accordance with gestational age and birth weight of neonates.
