新生牛肝再生刺激因子对大鼠药物性急性肝功能衰竭存活率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 从新生牛肝提取再生刺激因子(cHSS),并观察其对D—Galn所致急性肝功能衰竭大鼠的救治效果。Wistar大鼠注射D—Galn(2.2g/kgBW)24h后分组进行试验,观察2周存活率分别为:(1)生理盐水组55.5%;(2)乳猪肝细胞生长素组50%;(3)cHSS组88.5%。第(3)组与第①、②组比较,P<0.01,有显著差异。表明新生牛肝中存在肝再生刺激物质,可显著提高药物性肝衰竭大鼠的存活率。 Calf Hepatic Stimulatory Substance (cHSS) was extracted from new-born calf, and its preventing lethal effect was observed on the hepatic injury in rats treated with D-galactosamine. After injected with D-galactosamine for 24 hours, the percentage of rats surviving in each grup was determined daily for 2 weeks. The results are as follows: (1)55.5% in physical saline group; (2)50% in piglet hepatic growth factor group; (3)88. 5% in cHSS group. Only the third group attained statistical significance with respect to other two groups. These results in dicated that the calf liver contains cHSS, which successfully reversed the lethality of D-galactosamine-induced hepatic necrosis in rats. By luther studies, the cHSS might become the effective drug for Acute Hepatic Failure and Fatal Hepatic Failure.
