甘肃产党参多糖成分对小鼠体液免疫及白细胞介素2产生的影响 被引量:7

摘要 本文观察了分别从甘肃产纹党参及栽培之潞党参中提取出的纹党多糖(CPPS—W)及潞党多糖(CPPS—L)对LIBP/1近交系小鼠体液免疫功能及体内产生白细胞介素2的影响。结果表明,对正常小鼠两种多糖均可促进脾细胞分泌抗体能力,对血清凝集素水平无明显影响,抑制血清溶血素产生;对免疫受抑小鼠则可使血清抗体水平及脾细胞分泌抗体能力得到恢复。两种多糖还可促进正常小鼠体内IL—2的产生。 From Wendang(the root of Codonopsis Pilosula native to Wen xian County, Gansu Province)and Ludang (the root of Codonopsis Pilosla planted in Dingxi District, Gansu Province and produced in Shanxi Province), We extracted Wendang polisaccharides (CPPS-W) and Ludang polisaccharides (CPPS-L), and investigated the influence of CPPS-W and CPPS-L on specific humoral immunity and interleukin 2(IL-2)production in mice. The results showed that CPSS-W and CPSS-L (both 800mg/kg×6d)could suppress hemolysin production and rpomote QHS in normal mice. Also, CPPS-L showed better effects of promoting QHS, hemolysin and hemagglutinin in immunosuppressed mice. Furthermore, CPPS-Wand CPPS-L could enchance IL-2 in vivo production of normal mice. The results suggested that CPPS-W and CPPS-L have two-side regulation to the humoral immunity of the mice according to the immune state of the body.
