乙基叔丁醚复方乳剂对兰州地区胆固醇结石的溶石研究

Studies on Dissolving Cholesterol Callstones of Lanzhou Prefecture with Complex Emulsion of Ethyl tert—butyl Ether

甲基叔丁醚是目前最有效的胆固醇结石直接溶解剂,但在临床应用时有很多缺点。为此,我们以乙醇和叔丁醇为原料合成了乙基叔丁醚,配伍了以乙基叔丁醚为主的复方乳剂,并对兰州地区的胆固醇结石进行了溶石研究。结果表明:自制的乙基叔丁醚复方乳剂能快速有效地溶解胆固醇结石,毒性明显低于甲基叔丁醚。

Ethyl tert-butyl ether(ETBE)was fund that a new rapidly dissolving agent yet of cholesterol gallstones in the recent years. In this paper, ETBE was synthesised with ethylalcohol and tert-huthanol,and made up complex emulsion, and compared with other dissolviing agents in dissolution of cholesterol gallstones of Lanzhou prefecture. In the results, self-made ETBE complex emulsion is a safe and effective dissolving agent of cholesterol gallstone, toxicity is slightly lowrer than that of MTBE.
