摘要 应用时频分析方法研究了回转机械低频振动问题。结合数字滤波与 Wigner分布 ,介绍了一种消除交叉干扰项和其它干扰成分的简单、高效、工程实用性强的时频分析方法 .对来自现场的分析结果表明 ,从时频域分析回转机械的低频振动 ,可以有效地识别和分辨诸如油膜涡动、动静碰摩、喘振、流体激励等具有相似振动特征的低频振动问题 . The low-frequency vibration problems of rotating machinery are investigated. Combining the Wigner distribution with digital filtering technique, a simple time-frequency analysis method for removing the cross-terms and other interference components is presented. Results from actual data show that varieties of the low-frequency vibration problems such as the partial rub of the rotor to stator, oil whirl, fluid excitation and surge can be differentiated from each other through the time-frequency analysis.
