摘要
用HPR逆轴突传递法观察了20只大白鼠臂旁核(PB)向嗅结节(OT)的投射。凡注射区涉及OT的多形层,均在注射侧的PB内出现数量不等,而形态、分布相同的标记细胞。臂旁内侧核(PBm)标记细胞较多,臂旁外侧枝(PBL)的标记细胞较少。PBm内的标记细胞多为中等大和小的多极细胞,PBl多为梭形细胞。实验证明,PB是OT传入纤维的另一个来源。
The projection from parabrachial nuclus (PB) to the olfactory tubercle (OT) was studies with retrograde horseradish peroxidase (HRP) method in 20 rats. The labelled cells appeared in the ipislateral PB, with different number and same distributive pattern, following injection if HRP into the unilateral of in which the injection areas located in the polymorphic layer of TO. The number of labelled cells distribute more in the medial parabrachial nucleus(PBm) and less in the lateral parabrachial nucleus (PBl). The most ot the Labelled cells in PBm are multipclar in shape with median and small in size. The lobelled cells in PB1 are mainly fusiform in shape. This result shows that PB is another source of centrifugal fibers to the OT.
