米托蒽醌对急生白血病细胞作用的实验研究

Effect of Mitoxantrone(DHAQ) on Leukemic Bone Marrow Cell in vitro

本实验观察了米托蒽醌对十例急性白血病原代细胞和正常骨髓细胞的作用。结果显示米托蒽醌对白血病细胞有显著抑制作用,抑制率与剂量相关;而对正常人骨髓细胞的影响甚微。经比较米托蒽醌与DNR、Ara—c、Harr四种药物对白血病细胞的作用,以米托蒽醌的抗癌效果最为强烈。

We observed the effects of DHAQ on 10 cases acute leukemic bone marrow cells (BMC) and normal BMC. The results showed that DHAQ had the great inhibitory effects on leukemic BMC; However, the inhibitory effects on nor mal BMC were mild. Comparing of the effect of DHAQ、DNR、Ara—c and Harr on leukemic BMC, we concluded that DHAQ had a most powerful antileukemia effect.
