摘要
本文用Hafeman改良法测定了六种癌症患者共72例全血中的GSH—Px的活性。结果表明,癌症病人该酶的活性均有所降低,P<0.05,其中以鼻咽癌患者的阳性率最高,为100.0%,其次为肺癌87.5%和宫颈癌82.6%。
The activity of GSH-Px in blood for patients with malignant tumors was determinied by means of Hafeman's modified method. In the result, the activity of human blood GSH-Px in cancers of the cervix, breast, nasopharynx, lung, esophagus and stomach was reduced significantly (p<0.05). The positive rates of nasopharynx cancer were the highest (100.0%).
