姬松茸对正常小鼠骨髓造血干、祖细胞的影响 被引量:12

摘要 采用干、祖细胞培养等技术,观察姬松茸粗多糖(ABPS)对正常小鼠骨髓造血的影响。结果表明,ABPS 0.1、0.4g/kg/d×5d,ip能显著促进正常小鼠骨髓粒—单系祖细胞、成纤维祖细胞和多能造血干细胞的增殖(P<0.01),且0.4g/kg的作用较0.1g/kg更显著(P<0.05或0.01);ABPS 0.1g/kg亦能促进正常小鼠骨髓红系祖细胞的增殖(P<0.05),但0.4g/kg则使CFU—E产率有下降趋势(P>0.05)。 The effects of Agaricus blazei polysaccharides (ABPS) on bone marrow hemopoiesis were investigated by using pluripotent haemotopoietic stem cells, haemotopoietic progenitors of normal BALB/C mice in vitro. The results showed that ABPS 0.1g/kg and 0.4g/kg (ip×5d) were able to promote remarkly the proliferation of GM—CFU, CFU—S and CFU—F in normal mice (P<0.01) and the effect of ABPS 0.4g/kg was stronger than 0.1g/kg(P<0.05 or 0.01). So did ABPS 0.1g/kg to CFU—E(P<0.05). But ABPS 0.4g/kg showed a trend of decrease on the number of CFU—E(P>0.05).
