摘要
用HRP逆行法在14例大白鼠系统地观察了前庭核群向脊髓的投射,结果表明:(1)四个前庭亚核均有向脊髓的投射,其中前庭外侧核、上核和降核投至脊髓全长,内侧核投至腰髓以上的脊髓节段;(2)前庭各核中向脊髓投射的标记细胞数量依次为外侧核>上核>降核>内侧核;(3)前庭上核的细胞伴随外侧核的细胞共同发纤维投向脊髓全长;(4)前庭内侧核和降核两者尾段有一细胞群发纤维投向脊髓下胸段。
The projection from the vestibular nuclei to the spinal cord was systematically studied in the rat with the method of retrograde transport of HRP. The results were as follows (1)All of four vestibular suhnuclei projected fibers to the spinal cord. The fibers of the lateral, superior and descending vestibular nuclei were distributed in the whold extent of the cord, and the ones of the medial vestibular nucleus in the most of cord except the sacral one. (2)The number of the original cells was different in each nucleus. The cells were the most in the lateral and the fewest in the medial vestibular nuclei. (3)The cells in the lateral together with superior vestibular nuclei commonly projected fibers to the whold spinal cord. (4)A group of cells in the caudal parts of both the medial and descending vestibular nuclei projected the fibers to the lower thoracic cord, not the lumbar one.
