2-苯基-4-喹啉甲酰腙类化合物合成的研究

摘要 为给已淘汰的药物辛可芬另寻用途,本文以其为原料经酯化、肼解、亲核加成合成了2-苯基-4-喹啉甲酰腙类化合物,并通过元素分析和红外光谱等方法进行了鉴定。 In order to seek for other uses of Cinchophen, a traditional druy has already been obsolete, a series of new derivatives of Cinchophen, such as 2—phenyl—4—quinoline—formylhydrazones have been synthesized by reaction of esterification, hydrazinolysis and nucleophilic addition. The structures of these new compounds have been appraised by means of the elemental analysis and infrared.
