The balance condition of dynamical system and the meaning of balance condition of attractor were discussed from the views of physics and mathematics.The motive character attractor and how to form dissipative structure system of attractor were analysed.This revealed that we should warn crisis in national economy circulation,so that economy can develop steadily.
