摘要
学术力量是决定大学实力的主要力量因素。学术人员学术力量生长的四个要素分别是学术劳动的安宁性、学术劳动的积极性、学术思维的活跃性、学术劳动中的坚韧性。这些要素普遍需要相应条件来满足所形成的必然性关系 ,就成为四个不同的相关规律 ,即学术力量的生长普遍需要能理解与尊重学术人员进行学术活动的管理者 ;学术力量的生长普遍需要公正兑现不同学术劳动价值的利益分配机制 ;学术力量的生长普遍需要相互学习、交流、碰撞、批判思想的人才群体效应环境 ;
The learning strength is the decisive factor contributing to universities forces.The four factors of the learning strength growth are the tranguility,positiveness,tenacity of the learning labour and the activity of the learning thought. These factors require relative conditions to meet the inevitable relations, which become four different relevant laws.Namely,the growth of the learning strength generally requires the managers who understand and respect the learning activity of learning personnel.There also should be a distribution mechanism which can justly encash different learning labour, the circumstance under which the learning personnel can study, exchange, collide, animadvert each other, and,in addition, the rather pure learning ideal and unyielding learning will of learning personnel.
