摘要
高校人才工作要遵循科学发展观 ,坚持以人为本 ,全面、协调、可持续地发展。目前高校人才工作面临着学校效益目标和学术目标 ,规模、质量和效益 ,引进与培养 ,流动与稳定等诸多矛盾。要在科学发展观指导下 ,探索新思路 ,采取新措施 ,扩大师资队伍 ,加强青年教师的引进和培养 ,实施聘任制 。
The management of human resource(MHR) in higher education institutions is supposed to follow the scientific concept of development, insist on putting people first,and develop continually. MHR in higher education faces several conflicts, we should explore new ways to settle them well, such as enlarging the scale of faculty, emphasizing the introduction and training of junior faculty, implementing the system of faculty employment and appointment,offering good service to faculty, and so on.
