摘要
大鼠低血流灌注所致的多器官衰竭腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数、酸性磷酸酶和三磷酸腺苷酶显著降低,在老年大鼠尤为明显。结果提示,单核吞噬细胞系统在多器官衰竭的发生和发展上可能起着一定的作用。
The role of Mononuclear Phagocyte System (MPS) during Multiple Organ Failure (MOF) in rats caused by hypoperfu-sion was studied. The phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of the peritoneal macrophages decreased significantly in theyoung and old rats (especially in the old rats) with MOF as compared with the controls (p<0. 01 ) and decreases wereparallel according to the degree of MOF. The acid phosphatase and adenosin triphosphatase of the peritonealmacrophages declined obviously also. The results indicate that the MPS may play an important role in the pathogenesisof MOF.
