Analysis and repairing of troubles found in central feed type bell-less top equipment in blast furnace of Haixin International Iron & Steel Co. Ltd.

海鑫二铁厂 2座高炉都采用引进PW公司专利技术由国内生产的串罐式无料钟炉顶设备 ,对串罐式无料钟炉顶设备的关键部件 :上、下密封阀、料流调节阀、气密箱、布料溜槽进行了性能和常见故障分析 ,并提出处理措施和维护方法 ,保证了高炉正常生产。

The central feed type bell-less top locally manufactured based on PW technology is adopted for two blast furnaces in No.2 Ironmaking Plant of Haixin International Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. The characteristics of the key components of central feed type bell-less top equipment were analyzed, such as upper and lower seal valves, material flow regulation valve, air tight box and distribution chute and troubles frequently occurred, and puts forward the solutions and repairing procedure which are helpful for ensuring normal production of blast furnace.
