摘要
采用平台被动回避反应试验对老年大鼠和壮年大鼠进行学习记忆成绩的测试。并采用放射免疫方法测定二组大鼠下丘脑组织和血浆中生长柳素(SS)、精氨酸加压素(AVP)的含量。结果表明,与壮年大鼠相比,老年大鼠的学习记忆成绩明显下降(P<0.01),下丘脑和血浆AVP含量降低(P<0.o1),SS含量增高(P<0.01)。担示老年大鼠体内的某些神经肽水平发生改变,而其学习记忆成绩的降低可能与神经肽水平的变化有关。
In this experiment, the grade of learning and memory of aged rats and adult rats was tested by the step-down test and the contents of somatostatin (SS) and arg-vasopressin (AVP) in plasma and hypothalamus of thoserats were determined by the method of RIA. The result shows than that of adult rats significanthy(P<0. 01).It is also showed that the content of somatostatin is incresed (P<0. 01 ), while arg-vasopressin decreased statisti-cally(P<0. 01 )in both plasma and hypothamus of aged rats,compared with those of adult rats respectively. It isconsidered that in aged rats the levels of some neuropeptide have been changed notably, and the lowering of thegrade of learning and memory of aged rats is perhaps in relation to the changing of some neuropeptide contents.
