摘要
开发商预售抵押在建工程的商品房之前 ,应取得抵押权人的书面同意并且如实告知购房者 ,以降低风险 。
Developing Companies should obtain the written consent of the mortgagors and inform the purchasers of the truth before they sell commodity houses of beingbuilt project in advance. They should reduce the risks and protect legitimate rights and interests of the mortgagors and purchasers.
