摘要 现代职业女性是社会和家庭的宝贵财富 ,是新世纪现代化建设中不可缺少的重要力量。她们背负着工作和家庭的双重负担 ,长期置身于紧张忙碌的竞争环境之中 ,需要有健康的身心。笔者认为 ,塑造职业女性的心理健康要注重主动适应自然环境 ,积极参加体育锻炼 ,客观评价自己 ,正确面对现实社会 。 Modern working women are the treasury of both the society and the family. They are the elementary force of the modern construction. They burden the double loads of working and housework, living in a busy encironment full of competition,so they need healthy body and mind. Psychological health is half of the health. Owning health mind, they can fly freely in the sky of their career and life, enjoy high quality life, and obtain a successful career and a happy life.
