摘要
概要地揭示了目前国有企业绩效评价制度中存在的缺陷,分析了国有企业建立适应市场竞争要求的绩效评价制度的制约因素,并就国有企业如何建立适应市场竞争要求的绩效评价制度提出了一些观点和方法。
This paper has outlined the main defects in the performance evaluation system of moststate-owned enterprises,analyzed the important constaints the enterprises face when they try to establishmarket-oriented performance evaluation system,and put forward some views and ways for reference in thisaspect.
