调心、补肾中药对大鼠脑基底核损伤所致乙酰胆碱酯酶变化的影响 被引量:11

摘要 用单极1.0mA的直流电刺激大鼠前脑基底核的方法制作类痴呆动物模型,手术后第4天喂以生地、熟地、菖蒲、远志等为主的补肾、调心方剂及喜得镇等药17天。在第21天取材,恒冷箱切片,进行乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)组织化学反应。观察基底核苍白球大神经原的反应变化。实验结果为模型组的大细胞神经原核团面积显著变小,AchE阳性反应的细胞及突起等数量显著减少,AchE反应显著降低。调心及补肾组的核团面积都比模型组大,阳性细胞数量及突起分枝也都较多,AchE反应比模型组明显提高。实验结果表明应用调心、补肾中药及喜得镇动物的大细胞神经原核团面积、细胞及突起数量、AchE反应都有明显的提高。证实此类中药可能有调节脑皮层活动的效应。 Experimental 'Dementia' model was made by unilateral electrolytic lesions to the NucleusBasalis of the rat. The animals were treated by the decoction preparation of chinese HerbMedicines of Tiao-Xin and kidney-tonifying. The results showed that the demension of nBM de-creased and their neuronal somal shrinkage dendrites atrophy, and AChE reaction were de-creased markedly in control group. The treated group revealed the increasing of the dimension ofNucleus Basalis,the neurons of nBM increased not only in numbers,but also in AChE reaction.It is suggested that The Tiao-Xin and Kidney-tonifying Chinese Herb Medicinese can improveand has the protective effects on neurons of basal forebrain.
