摘要
根据南水北调工程中许多泵站扬程特低的特点,分析了不同结构型式的贯流式机组结构型式、水力性能和技术经济指标,指出在特低扬程的泵站可以采用轴伸贯流式、竖井贯流式和灯泡贯流式等多种结构型式,其关键在于必须解决水导轴承的材料和润滑方式以及齿轮箱的使用寿命和噪音等问题。
According to the features of very low head in many pumping stations of the project of south to north water Transfer Project , it is analyzed on structure types, hydraulic performances and economic indexes for various tubular pumps. It put forward that standard tube tubular, pit tubular and bulb tubular pumps can all be used for these very low heads stations. It is critical to resolve some problems including the material and lubrication of guide hearing , the life noise of gearbox.
