摘要 讨论了矩波导在充满纵向磁化铁氧体情况下的本征模问题 ,指出在波导中存在有四种本征椭圆极化波。这些本征模式已被ANSOFT HFSS软件仿真计算所证明 ,其结果和本征模理论一致。本征模传播机制成功地解释了若干互易铁氧体移相器如双模移相器、R S移相器和椭圆模移相器的基本原理。 This paper discusses the eigenmode problem of rectangular waveguide which was fu ll-filled with ferrite material under the longitudinal magnetized field and poin ts out that there are four kinds of eigenstate’s elliptical polarized wave in t he waveguide. These have been proved by simulation resultants using ANSOFT HFSS software and calculated their phase-shift. The resultants coincide with the eige nmode theory. The mechanism of eigenmode propagation explains successfully the b asis principle of a number of reciprocal ferrite phase-shifters, such as the du le-mode one, Reggia-Spencer one and elliptical mode one.
