水轮发电机送出热风供暖冷却系统通风分析

摘要 为了降低水力发电厂厂房采暖工程的初投资和减少电热采暖所需的电能,某水力发电厂在发电机水冷式空气冷却器旁开设热风窗,在冬季运行时送出热风用于本厂房供暖。为了分析开设热风窗后对通风冷却的影响,本文用CFD(ComputationalFluidDynamics)技术,对其水轮发电机通风冷却系统进行了分析,认为开设热风窗后,不会对转子和静子发热体的通风冷却带来不利影响。 In ordor to minimize the heating system investment in the water power plant building and the electric power consumption of the electric heating system,the hot air window is placed on the generator of a water-power plant to provide the hot air for the workshop heating during the winter operation.To determine the influence of the hot air window on the water power generator system,this paper analyzed its ventilation refrigeration system of the water-power generator with the CFD technique.The result showed that the hot air window will not brought the negative influence to the ventilation refrigeration for the rotor and stator hot objects.
