甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育系ZWAB的选育及其临时保持系和恢复系的筛选

Breeding of Recessive cytoblast-Genetic Male-sterile Line ZWAB and Selection of Its Temporary Maintainer Line and Restorer Line in Rapeseed (Brassica Napus L.)

利用甘蓝型油菜隐性核不育杂交组合川油 1 4中发现的不育株作母本、引进英国品种 Bristal作父本杂交 ,F1 代与中油 82 1进行复合杂交 ,于后代中连续选择不育株与可育株兄妹交 ,获得稳定的两型系 ZWAB。通过对其广泛测交 ,筛选出能完全保持其不育性的临时保持系和完全恢复的恢复系。临保不育系和恢复系配制的杂交种具有较强的杂种优势 ,有着良好的利用前景。

Recessive genetic male-sterile line “ZWA” in Rapeseed(Brassica Napus L.) was selected from multiple crosses with recessive genetic male-sterile variety “Chuang you 14” as a female parent and England variety “Brastal” and variety “Zhong you 821” as male parents. And selected the fertile plants with sterile plants continue crossed in its generations. The temporary maintainer lines which could completely maintain male-sterile character of ZWAB and the restore lines which could completely restore itsfertile character were found by a lot of test-crosses. The hybrid of the temporary maintainer sterile lines and the restorer lines showed very strong heterosis and great use value.
