摘要
针对目前教师信息技术培训尚存的主要弊端和"教师"这个培训对象,主要关注培训环境和培训对象两大因素,提出了绩效技术在教师信息技术培训中新的操作模型.
This article brings forward the new operational model of performance technology in teacher's information technology training because in the training nowadays there are the main abuses and the teacher this training object which mainly attend the two important factors, the training environment and the training object.
