摘要
报道了噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮 (TTA)与 1 萘胺和 2 萘胺缩合反应生成的TTA缩萘胺配体 (TOBT NA)及它们的铜 (II)、钴(II)、镍 (II)和锌 (II)配合物 .利用量子化学和分子力学计算方法对缩合反应的机理进行了探讨 ,较好地解释了TOBT NA配体的烯胺酮式构型及其配合物的亚胺烯醇式构型 .利用单片纸碟法测定了化合物的抑菌活性 。
Trifluoro-3-oxo-naphthyliminobutyryl)thiophene (TOBT-NA) condensed from TTA with 1- and 2-naphthylamine and its Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) complexes are reported now. The mechanism of the condensed reaction has been discussed using quantum chemistry and molecular mechanic calculation methods, which can explain the enamine conformation of the ligand and the imine-enol conformation of the complexes. Using disc diffusion method, the antibacterial activity tests have been conducted, which provides beneficial consult for studying the relationship between the structures and performances.
