报告88例 CT 导引下胸部经皮细针穿刺病例,81例经手术病理和/或临床检查确诊,并对22例肺癌作直接介入化疗。介绍 CT 导引下胸部经皮细针穿刺技术及介入化疗方法,讨论 CT 导引下胸部经皮细针穿刺的诊断价值、适应症及注意要点。

This paper reports 88 cases of thoracic transcutaneous thin needle puncture with CT guidance.The diagnosis of 81 cases were confirmed by operative pathological examination and/or clinical examination,and 22 cases of puhnonary cancer were directly treated with interventional chemotherapy.This paper introduces the techniques of thoracic transcutaneous thin needle puncture with CT guidance and interventional chemotherapy,discusses valuation, indications and precautions of thoracic transcutaneous thin needle puncture.
