摘要
本工作旨在观察气功“外气”对大鼠的镇痛效应,以进一步研究“气功麻醉”机理。在行为学实验:于46头大鼠用钾离子透入刺激鼠尾致痛而测定的甩尾阈,在气功师对动物放气前、中与后之间均无明显差异;另于15头大鼠用直流电刺激鼠尾引起的甩尾阈与头动阈,在气功师放气中与后均未增加。电生理学实验:于11头大鼠14次实验,从其头顶引导牙髓刺激诱发的皮层电位,气功师放气对此电位的峰潜伏期与峰-峰波幅均无明显影响。另者,“外气”地伤害性刺激鼠尾引起的脑电去同步化反应亦无明显作用。看来实验结果阴性,这与文献上报道的不符。作者认为,这个问题应再仔细认真地重复研究。
This work was aimed to investigate the analgesic effect of Qigong“external Qi”for further study on mechanism of“Qigong anaesthesia”.In behaviour experiments,before,during and after Qigong master released“external Qi”to the animals,there was no significant difference in the measurement of the tail- flicking thresholds in 46 rats,pain of which tails was caused by K^+ ionophoresis.In other 15 rats with the tail- flicking thresholds and head-moving thresholds caused by DC stimulation on the tails,there was no significant increase during and after Qigong masters released “external Qi”.In electrophysiological study,in the determination of the evoked cortical potential stimulated from the scalp to the dental pulp,the release of Qi by Qigong masters did not influence obviously on the peak latencies and peak-peak amplitudes of the evoked potentials in 14 experiments in 11 rats.Besides,“external Qi”did not have significant effect on EEG desynchronization induced by noxious stimulation to the rats' tails.It seems the experimental results were negative, which is not identical to the reports in Chinese medical literature.The authors believed this problem needs to be studied repeatedly and carefully again.
