根据1994—2003年10年间全路道路交通死亡事故情况统计数据,分析全路交通事故的变化趋势、事故特点和突出问题、事故中的倾向性问题和安全管理薄弱环节,针对存在的问题,提出相应对策和建议。
According to the statistic data of traffic casualty accident from 1994 to 2003 in railway system, the essay analyzes thechanging trend, characteristic and distinct problem of traffic accident, the tendency problem and weak aspect in safety managementof traffic accident, and puts forward corresponding countermeasure and suggestion for existing problem.
