不同授粉条件对甘蓝亲和指数的影响

The effect of different conditions on compatible index of cabbage

选用3份甘蓝自交不亲和系材料,对其不同花枝部位、授粉方式、花龄、蕾龄的亲和指数进行测定,并对实验结果进行统计分析.结果表明,不同花枝部位花期及蕾期授粉亲和指数差异较大,花期上部高,蕾期中部高.花期授粉的亲和指数5 d较高,3～4 d次之,1～2 d最低,即:花期延后授粉能提高亲和指数;蕾期授粉的亲和指数以开花前1～2 d为最高,3～4 d次之,5 d最低,蕾期授粉以开花前1～2 d的大蕾为最好,能提高结籽数.重复授粉能提高亲和指数.

The studies on compatible index for different methods of pollenation showed:the different positions of the flowering branch caused different compatible index.Generally,the compatible index of self-crossing was high at the middle branchs of plant during the bud stage and high at the upper branchs of plant during the flower stage.Besides,it was affected by the flowering age.The index was high during the buds stage,the highest index appeared in1-2days before flowering;it was low during the flowers stage,the lowest index appeared in1-2days and the highest index appeared in5days after flowering.The compatible index would be increased by repeated pollenation.
